I got interested in dim sum because it's part of my culture. Years ago I wrote a do it yourself book "Have some Dim Sum" and I made some easy ones. If you are interested in dumpster diving/food rescue-ing and learning about urban foraging in our parks with other like minded people all over Toronto. I will give monthly workshops on how to dumpster dive and forage food in your local parks and backyard. As a community we will start a google map where to find free food. There will be seasonal dinners(4 a year) to cook the rescued food and eat as a community.
