The purpose of this group is to celebrate the culinary scene in Denver. Let's eat at the best restaurants, learn about pairing wines and spend some time talking with the chefs that created our meal. I have spent years cultivating personal relationships with chefs. I would like to share those personal connections with a group of foodies as passionate about dining as I am. Let's eat our way through Denver and let me introduce you to the culinary talent we have in this city.

Our goal is to meet other foodie minded people, experience Boulder's emerging culinary scene and introduce you to the city's best chef's, farmers and mixologist. Through our connections we know some of Boulder's culinary elite. Join us as we create dinners that include chef, sommilier and mixologist interactions.

We love food, wine and people, in no particular order. That is why we created the Aspen Uber Foodies group so we can share and experience the Roaring Fork culinary scene with like minded hungry food lovers. We will eat at the area's best restaurants - which doesn't necessarily mean fine dining or white table cloth. There are many yummy spots to dine at with our new foodie friends. A Social Eating club for people that love Gourmet Food.   It's a good excuse to checkout all the fine dining Denver has to offer.  Every few months, a new place to discover. I was once a Food Snob and now just a Food Lover. I would like to checkout the most Notable High End Gourmet Restaurants in and around Denver. The restaurants will be pricey but well worth it. It's nice to meet friends that actively seek good food and love every minute of it.

Let's go grab a bite!  You'll find most of our events on the north end of town, and we'll focus on small restaurants rather than the big chains.  Let's expore our neck of the woods. Eating out requires a reservation, so if you have a "yes" RSVP we will hold a seat for you and your guests at the event. If you or your guests don't show up, that's a "no show" and you only get one of those for free. After two no shows you'll be removed, so use your free one wisely.
